The blender should avoid particles degradation and should provide with a good reproducibility of the mixtures.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/foxmet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/granulator.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/td><td>The equipment must allow continuous production of <b>granules<\/b> showing a <u>good flowability<\/u>, <u>similar densities<\/u>, <u>similar shapes<\/u> and <u>narrow grain size distributions<\/u> in order to avoid segregation problems in the manufacturing process of diamond tools.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/foxmet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/sieving.gif\" alt=\"\" \/><\/td><td>The elimination of residual fines through a <b>sieving<\/b> of the granules at the end of the granulation process.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><p class=\"text-center\"><b>Grain Sizes Availibity<\/b><\/p><table id=\"grain_sizes\" style=\"border: solid 1px;\" width=\"100%\"><tbody><tr><td>metal powders<\/td><td>63 &#8211; 355 \u00b5m<br \/>355 &#8211; 630 \u00b5m<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u00a0<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>metal powders + diamonds<\/td><td>180 &#8211; 355 \u00b5m<br \/>250 \u2013 630 \u00b5m<br \/>630 \u2013 850 \u00b5m<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u00a0<\/td><\/tr><tr><td colspan=\"2\">Other grain sizes are available upon request<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><p><b>Remarks:<\/b><\/p><ol><li>The grain sizes of the granules including diamonds depends on the size distribution of the diamonds.<\/li><li>Toll agreements are possible:<ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul>The toll agreement offered by FOXMET S.A. allows the customers to take profit of all the advantages of the granulation technology without:<\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>investing in expensive equipments<\/li><li>spending time in long training sessions<\/li><li>following a long and lasting learning curve<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>Under this agreement, the customer supplies FOXMET S.A. with its own diamonds and metal powders. In turn, FOXMET S.A. will proceed with the granulation on behalf of the customer.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p><b>FOXMET S.A. granulation process is stable, automatic and extremely flexible.
